In this video, I’m going to tell you why a Kanye West and Kim Kardashian custody battle could change everything for men in child custody moving forward. So my name is Montay Lee, this is the Karat Juice Podcast. And without further delay, I want to get right into it so I don’t want to waste your time. The source for this episode is courtesy of TMZ.
So according to TMZ, Kim will handle custody the easy or the hard way. Tie a Wes has now lawyered up to handle custody issues in his divorce. And we’re told this will end up before a judge unless he reaches some agreement with Kim Kardashian. Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, Kanye’s lawyer, Samantha Spector is making custody job number one as we reported Kanye groused over the weekend again, that Kim is not letting him see their kids when he wants. That’s certainly not the way Kim sees it. And she shot back. She says she has welcomed her ex husband’s involvement in their kids lives and wants him to spend time with their four children and claim he picked them up for school Monday. What’s more, our sources say Kanye spent three days with the kids last week the first time he’s been in LA since the Superbowl. Kanye also has three of the kids with him at the Donda two event in Miami last month. And we’re told Kim kept north in LA because she had a test at school she’d been studying for that she didn’t want to miss So Kim may school the priority. Knows are some photos of the family. Here’s the issue up until now there has been no formal arrangement for custody. They have tried. They have tried working out amongst themselves. When Kanye is in town and wants to see the kids she’s game unless the kids are in the middle of something else. But there’s a conflict now and it’s getting worse. We’re told the specter will try first establish something more formal between Kim and Kanye. But if that doesn’t happen, she’ll go to court and ask the judge to impose ground rules for custody and visitation. here’s the rub. Kanye travels frequently outside of LA and it’s hard to formalize a custody arrangement when schedules keep changing. This is what Kanye had to say about the matter.

So when we had the Donda to release in Miami, I got a flight for all my kids to come from Calabasas to come in Miami to see the kids then assistant hit me and said all the kids, you know they they said the kids are there. When the plane took off. I got a text from Kim that said a North won’t be on the plane You see, this is the kind of stuff that’s just like the Chicago birthday party. And I’m glad that y’all saw in the variety piece. What I have to deal with here go another thing. The doves high school basketball game, we hold one and California. My My daughter loves basketball. I want her to see the league that her father is starting North can’t go to that game. Now we got Sunday service the morning this morning at 10am. And it’s North had a sleepover so she can’t come to Sunday service. I moved the Sunday service up to 10am so that I can go to St. Soccer game at 1230. Move the entire thing.

It Indicates here as we reported, Kim has been doing everything she can to keep things peaceful. But Kanye is so angry over her relationship with Pete Davidson, as well as custody issues, the notion of reaching an out of court agreement seems unlikely. Our sources say Kim and Kanye are hardly speaking to each other, and haven’t for quite a while. And that makes reaching agreement. All the more difficult. There you have it. So I want to get back to what I said initially. The reason why if there is a custody battle between Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, it could change everything is this. I think because of the magnitude and the optics and how popular and how much fame, both of them have, it’s going to be the first time that the men side truly gets highlighted because Kanye has such a large platform to speak, and he never holds anything back that I think this could actually be a good thing in the grand scheme of things, because it’s gonna open a lot more people’s eyes to the family court into custody battles into how it leans so much in favor of the woman in these situations that it could change things, I think this would be a good thing for the system as a whole, because it’s gonna, I’m not saying once I should have a better option, it should just be fair, right now, it just automatically defers. Most men believe to the woman. And that’s the what a lot of gets seen. Usually, if a woman doesn’t even make more money, doesn’t have a stable background doesn’t have a stable situation. Usually the court is going to lean towards her. Most of the time, there are always exceptions. So I think this is actually going to be a good thing for everybody. If that happens, because it’s going to put eyeballs and people into his situation to see hey, is this situation fair is what’s going on here, helpful to the children. So that’s kind of my thoughts on this. I think it could really change things. And Kanye West is learning like how a lot of men have learned I don’t have kids myself, but a lot of men has talked about how the kids can be used at times as like a chess piece to kind of manipulate the father. I’m not saying that’s what’s happening with Kim Kardashian. I’m not saying that. It seems like she is allowing him to see the children. It’s just not as much as he probably would like and Kanye has a busy, busy schedule. Kanye has a lot of things going on. Kanye likes to control everything. And that’s just like the way he likes to move. However, there is a benefit to these two people Kim Kardashian and Kanye West having a public custody battle, because it’s going to help everybody in illuminate what’s been going on in the family court system for so long.
